We continue to trust in our ability to perceive and feel, in order to know what you would all benefit most on Earth. You also have the ability to do this to yourself and others in your life. You have the ability to help so many and help so many through that willingness to understand and feel what is really needed in a situation. You must also pay attention to your own feelings, to the sensations that occur within you, to give yourself what you need, to be the version of yourself you want to be and, finally, to ascend with as much ease and joy as possible.
If you ignore your feelings, the feelings you are receiving, you will be ignoring the messages coming from your guides, your higher self, your higher soul, the universe, Source and countless others. If there is a very accurate way to summarize what the shift in consciousness is, the summary would be that you are stopping being mind-oriented to being heart-centered. And your heart is all about feeling; it's about feeling, while your mind tries to discover things, think about the past, the future. Can be used properly to focus you A well-trained mind will focus you in the direction that is best for you and therefore it is a good practice for you to pay attention to your thoughts, but ultimately recognize that your thoughts are also indicators and are pointing in the direction of your feelings, your vibration.
And as you pay more attention to what’s happening inside you, to what you’re feeling, to what you are feeling in your body, rather than to what you are thinking about a situation, you will benefit immensely. You can also get deeper with other people. Not only will you be able to help them, but you will also be able to connect with them, feel compassion for them, and let them be the reflections for you that they certainly are. There is always something a person is bringing to you that you need to recognize that it's also in you. There is no meaningless interaction in the entire universe. Everything is pointing back to you, to that inner reality you have, where you feel and where you feel what's really happening.
We have no bodies anymore, but we can still feel and still can feel. It’s easier for us now than when we had physical bodies and therefore we understand what you’re going through as you change and abandon your thoughts, ideas, beliefs and tendency to focus on the past and the future. You're improving; that's something we want to give you too. You are getting better and better You're becoming more sensitive as an individual and as a collective, and it's serving everyone very well, no matter what you're feeling right now.
